HYGIENE AND SAFETY MEASURES
We have taken improved health, hygiene and safety measures for all our guests, always committed to their safety and well-being, we are now facing a new way of taking care of everyone. The security measures that we implement are and will always be appropriate to the situation, at the same time we want to ensure that the fun and nice experience of our off road activity continue to be a priority.
OPERATIONAL CHANGES
1. The number of participants per group will be reduced to 8 people.
2. In our transportation as well as in our location we will have available the necessary material and supplies to follow the recommended security measures.
3. Private tours will have priority on our schedules to ensure that groups are not on their way or on location.
GENERAL MEASURES
• Practice social or physical distancing stay at least 6 feet (about 2 arms’ length) from other people.
• Wash your hands at least every 30 minutes or whenever necessary after blowing your nose, coughing, scratching, after using the bathroom and handling money, before and after handling equipment, before and after each tour.
• Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands.
• Cover your mouth and nose with a tissue when you cough or sneeze or use the inside of your elbow and do not spit. Throw used tissues in the trash.
• The handshake, kiss or hug is prohibited.
• Cell phones will have to be disinfected before and / or after each tour or whenever necessary.
• Regards questions about the epidemiological contingency, avoid personal opinions. Inform that measures are being implemented and that can be consulted with the manager or on our website.
• Avoid wearing jewelry that hinders hand hygiene. The watch must be resistant to frequent hand washing.
• Implement the use of gloves for each guest as well as for guides and other personnel who have contact with guests, which must be discarded before and after each tour.
• The use of cloth face cover is mandatory for all our collaborators.
• Health prevention measures are promoted and published in the guest and collaborator area, such as hand washing in bathrooms, basic symptoms of respiratory diseases, avoidance, physical greeting, etc.
• Specific areas will be established with gel dispensers, disinfecting wipes, disposable tissues and containers with a lid and pedal for their management (accesses and interiors).
• Reception will have cloth face covers to provide guests upon request.
• Guests and collaborators will sanitize their footwear and take their temperature upon arrival at the location.
• Face covers and gloves will be changed on each tour
• The displacement on location will be made respecting the social distancing.
• Ladies will avoid wearing loose hair and gentlemen will avoid beard and mustache.
• It is not allowed to share utensils, tools or personal objects, each person will have their work equipment assigned to carry out the tour.
• Smooth or porous surfaces, such as cloth seats, will be cleaned with the appropriate cleaners indicated for use on these surfaces.
• Gloves and any other disposable PPE used to clean and disinfect the vehicle must be removed and discarded after cleaning; wash your hands immediately after removing gloves with soap and water for at least 20 seconds
• Work uniforms / clothes worn during cleaning and disinfection should be washed afterwards using the appropriate water temperature must be dried completely.
• Employees will wear the uniform upon arrival at the location and change it before going home
• The sanitizing products used in our processes depending on the area are as follows:
1. Chlorine based sanitizer (decocil 40)
2. Sanitizing Biodegradable Ammonium Quaternary Salts (germoklin400)
3. Alcohol-based antibacterial tensile gel 70%
4. Lysol
5. Disinfecting towels
RECEPTION
• After each service, the receptionist will clean and disinfect with authorized disinfecting product all objects, equipment and surfaces that have been in contact with the guest: desks, computer, telephone devices, pens, scissors, etc. and then disinfectant gel will be applied to the hands.
• Make sure you have disinfectant gel available on your desk or area and ask the guest to use it before and after check-in.
• During the check-in, the Health Declaration will apply and request permission from each guest to take and record the temperature as a preventive measure.
• The reception staff will use disinfectant gel or wash their hands with soap and water whenever necessary, after each contact with a guest.
• Guests will be able to perform electronic check-in prior to arrival through our reservation system

TRANSPORTATION OF GUESTS
• A maximum capacity per transport vehicle is established depending on the vehicle and the passenger seat should not be used.
• Tranport vehicles are cleaned and disinfected after each service. Taking special attention to the areas of high contact, such as door handles, seat belts, armrests, etc.
• All vehicles will have disinfecting gel and disinfected towels for disinfection.
• The use of face covers is mandatory for operators all the time they are in the hotel facilities and during the transfer.
• The operator must have disinfectant gel to distribute to guests before boarding the unit and is available all time during the transfer.
